Allow us to virtually welcome you to the Shaw Centre, Ottawa’s award-winning convention centre, and transport you to Ottawa! Explore Ottawa’s landscape through the panoramic city tour from the Trillium Ballroom and tour the centre to discover the locally inspired experiences that await you! Immerse yourself in a mixology demonstration with Greg O'Brien from Bar From Afar and learn how to create craft cocktails at home, take a 15-minute break from your desk and recharge with Brittany Bryden, a yoga & movement teacher, and hop in the kitchen with Shaw Centre’s Chef Turcot as he shares his inspiration for a decadent treat for the whole family.

1pm-2:15pm (LIVE!): Join Professor Keith Still on the conference stage as he shares a live keynote session on Risk Analysis and Crowd Management. Following the session, we invite you to share your questions in a moderated Q&A discussion.

Professor Keith Still

Apart from being notorious for calculating the crowds at Trump's inauguration and getting his findings into the New York Times to the dismay of the US President, Keith has developed and taught crowd safety programmes around the world for over 25 years.  He ran a series of workshops on the Canada Day events in Ottawa and has recently been working with Manchester Metropolitan University and the Institute of Place Management on e-learning programmes relating to COVID-19.
