Join us as we "Spill the Tea" and learn more about resiliency and successful business and personal adaptations as we embrace the future of our industry.

Embracing Change - Robyne Hanley-Dafoe is a psychologist and resiliency specialist as well as a professor at Trent University. She will be talking about accepting and embracing change and the ability to transform one’s life personally and professionally.

Entrepreneurship - Jerrett Young is a hospitality specialist, entrepreneur and CEO/partner of Equal Parts Hospitality and most recently, CO-Founder for the Laundry Rooms. He will be discussing his experiences as an entrepreneur during the pandemic and how he has remained successful throughout.
