Full Member (Voting) - 1 Year - $340.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) To be considered as a Full Member, one must be:
- Self-employed as an event entrepreneur or the owner of an event management firm with 15 or fewer employees.

To obtain a Full Membership the applicant must be a self-employed Event Planner who meets the above membership criteria. Membership includes the right to vote, and eligibility to hold a position on the Board of Directors and Committees who meets the above membership criteria.

Full Member (Voting) - 2 Years - $580.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 2 years No automatically recurring payments To be considered as a Full Member, one must be:
- Self-employed as an event entrepreneur or the owner of an event management firm with 15 or fewer employees.

To obtain a Full Membership the applicant must be a self-employed Event Planner who meets the above membership criteria. Membership includes the right to vote, and eligibility to hold a position on the Board of Directors and Committees who meets the above membership criteria.

Business Partner/Employee of Full Member (Voting) - $157.50 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) To obtain an Associate Membership, the applicant must be an employee of a self-employed Event Planner who holds a Full Membership in CanSPEP. Membership includes the right to vote, and eligibility to hold a position on the Board of Directors and Committees. The applicant must agree to abide by CanSPEP’s professional principles -> https://canspep.ca/Professional-Principles

Note two associate members cannot serve on the Board at the same time.

Faculty Member - $157.50 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments To be considered a Faculty Member, you must be employed as full-time faculty at a recognized post-secondary academic institution, teaching in a program that relates to the meeting and events industry. Faculty Members are eligible to vote and to hold a positions on committees.They are not eligible to hold a position on the Board of Directors. Student Membership (Non-Voting) - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments The applicant must be a current full-time student in a recognized post-secondary academic institution & enrolled in a program that relates to the meetings/events industry. The applicant must provide proof of their enrollment. Membership does not include a right to vote or a position on the Board of Directors.
