Robert Thompson
Robert is passionate about innovation and delivering quality products for events. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Guelph. As Managing Partner of AV-CANADA Inc., his entrepreneurial approach presents him as an influencer of quality standards and reliability. For over 25 years, he has being raising awareness for industry standards and educates his clients on upcoming trends.Robert has been a partner of the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP) since 1994, and is the proud recipient of the CanSPEP Award for Excellence and Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) Excellence Award. Since 2013, Robert has also been invited to sit on the CanSPEP Advisory Council.
In his free time, Robert enjoys playing hockey and tennis, participating in triathlons, and gardening.
