From project management and budgeting to communication, timelines, and client workflows, this session invites members to share what’s in their toolbox and what actually delivers results. Expect practical takeaways, peer recommendations, and open conversation designed to help you streamline your processes, save time, and run your event business with greater ease and confidence.

CanSPEP Connections will, in general, be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 ET for one hour.
