Join us in Regina, Saskatchewan for an exclusive pre-conference FAM Tour, curated specifically for meeting and event planners, taking place June 20–21, 2026, ahead of the 2026 CanSPEP Conference.

Saturday, June 20 – Welcome to Regina 

Flights will be scheduled to arrive in Regina on Saturday, June 20, 2026, with hosted airport transfers from Regina International Airport (YQR) to the historic Hotel Saskatchewan, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Centrally located downtown, the hotel offers immediate walkability to key venues, dining, and green spaces, making it an ideal hub for meetings and events.

National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations will take place throughout the weekend in Victoria Park, located directly adjacent to the hotel. In recognition of this important occasion, guests will be welcomed with a hosted dinner at The Burrow, celebrating Indigenous cuisine, culture, and community.

Sunday, June 21 – Site Tours + Local Experiences

The following morning begins with a wellness-focused breakfast.

Guests will then participate in a guided tour of Regina’s key convention hotels and conference facilities, gaining firsthand insight into:

• Venue layouts and capacities 
• On-site services and event flow
• Proximity, walkability, and transportation logistics

Lunch will be hosted in scenic Wascana Park, offering time to explore one of Canada’s most beautiful urban green spaces, just minutes from downtown venues.

The afternoon concludes with a private local shopping experience, followed by time to refresh and relax.

Guests will then enjoy dinner featuring prairie-inspired, locally sourced cuisine that reflects Saskatchewan’s rich agricultural heritage, followed by an evening performance at the Globe Theatre, Canada’s only professional theatre-in-the-round. 

After a comfortable night’s rest, guests will be refreshed and ready for the CanSPEP Conference to begin.
