During my term as President of CanSPEP, I found my leadership shaped by momentum, intention, and the collective energy of our incredible community. What began as a commitment to serve quickly evolved into a deeper vision—one grounded in progress, collaboration, and creating space for meaningful change.

Stepping into this role during a dynamic time for our industry, I focused on building initiatives that would leave a lasting impact. I’m especially proud of the introduction of our new Business Associate Level—a bold step toward strengthening the stability of our association.
