During my tenure as President, I had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of dedicated professionals who brought passion, creativity, and heart to everything we set out to achieve. Together, we focused on meaningful progress, strengthened our sense of community, and remained rooted in the values that define our association. We created a collaborative spirit — one that welcomed new ideas, embraced change, and made space for every voice. It was an honour to serve, and I remain committed to supporting the continued growth and success of our members
